- Nourish the spirit: to create a sense of connection with self and other/Other

Objectives:
- Explore resonating concepts, themes, perspectives or ideas from podcast episodes
- Identify personal changes to achieve PBWSG goals
Plans:
- Discuss employment-related issues such as: Toxic Workplaces, Burnout, Imposter Syndrome, Care & Courage
- Use selected episodes from Dr. Thema Bryant’s Homecoming podcast
- Meet on: April 13, June 8, September 14, and December 14, 2025 from 2:00-3:30 PM EST
- Listen to assigned podcast episodes prior to meetings and attend with questions, reflections, experiences, critiques and observations. Try to identify one tip or tool that could be helpful or meaningful.
